UCLA grad, Mary-Margaret Stratton, aka Anand, is a producer, UX architect and an award-winning Creative Director for the likes of DreamWorks, Tommy Bahamas and Mattel Toys. She is the author of a self-help manual Stop Picking on Me, pagan primer the Good Wiccan, two tour guides on Mid-Mod architecture How Modern Was My Valley and Mondo Vegas, and editor of a Raw Food compendium called Powerful and Dominant Health. Anand was certified as a Raw Food Nutritionist under David Wolfe at Body Mind Institute. She has been a vegetarian for over twenty years and primarily raw for the last ten years. In 2011, she was ordained as an Essene Minister. The Essenes are noted for their commitment to peace and a live food diet. She and her husband, Chef Mason Green, operate WholeWay Home in Las Vegas.

Co-Author, Chef Mason Green

Like fellow Raw Food educator, David Wolfe, Chef Mason Green (aka Cary Stratton) has been playing drums for most of his life. He is retired from the movie business after working on films such as Saving Private Ryan, Titanic, the Big Lebowsky and Austin Powers. As a Chef, Mason graduated as a Certified Chef and Educator under Cherie Soria at Living Light Culinary Arts Institute. He has provided private chef-ing, catering and food styling for TV shows such as Glee and Community. His recipes have been featured in CA Modern Magazine. Mason has been a vegetarian for over 20 years and primarily a raw foodie for half that time.
